Compassionate care. Personalized support.
Evidence-based psychotherapy for adults who are navigating life's challenges and seeking meaningful change.
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST · PHD · PSYPACT
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience who believes a strong therapeutic relationship can not only be transformative, but life-changing. With a warm and supportive approach, I work to provide a safe space for honest, genuine exploration of yourself and the barriers to emotional well-being.
I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Arizona and completed my clinical training at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, where I spent years providing evidence-based therapy to adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. That training gave me a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches, alongside a specialization in cognition and mind-body connection.
Therapy, to me, is a chance to get honest about who you are, what actually matters to you, and what's getting in the way of the life you want. In our work together, I use my expertise to help you identify the unhelpful thought and behavioral patterns keeping you stuck, and together we work to shift them. I pay close attention — to what you say and what you don't — so we can start noticing what's really driving your day-to-day — the habits, the reactions, the stories you tell yourself without realizing it — rethinking how you talk to yourself and how you approach the choices in front of you. I work with individuals and couples in the treatment of anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, stress management, and other mental health concerns. I view my role as helping you deepen your understanding of yourself and others in order to move toward a life that feels more authentic and valuable to you.
I recognize that sometimes getting started can be the most challenging and daunting aspect of change. I look forward to standing by you and empowering you as you take your first steps in this journey.
Curious what it's actually like to work together?
